The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get ...

Staffs here are OK but poorly managed. My room wasn't ready for check in time. After my check in, I found that the room was missing refrigerator. Previous guest's (?) hairs in shower, sink and bathroom floor... ... Nothing devastating but poorly managed.

This property was perfect for our last night in Alaska visiting our son. Very clean, easy to find, and well maintained. Owner was very accommodating, offering a later check out if needed. We will consider staying again if we visit again.
