“Great”

“We received a notice prior to arriving our check in wouldn't be until 7PM which was ridiculous. We sent an email advising we'd be arrive around 1200hrs for check in. When we arrived we weren't able to get in and the owner advised it would be around 1500hrs as they weren't available at this time. We went for lunch and returned around 1500hrs and was told they weren't available until after 1800hrs to check us in. When I booked this unit I thought it was a Hotel.. It's a B&B. We finally left……

“Nothing was open when we arrived in the evening. So nothing to eat nearby. But the view was amazing though.”

“Our stay at Quinta Da Foz was amazing. Room was very clean. It's a beautiful centuries old traditional family home that really brings you back in time. The tour and attention Francisco provides is awesome. Breakfast is served by his mother at the family table with a lit wood burning fireplace. Loved our stay here.”

“What a gem of a place. Hosts Celine and Fabian were very friendly and accomodating. They have 3 rooms in a homestay with lovely continental breakfast, including fresh eggs, orange juice, bread, tea, coffee abd cereals. You can use the outdoor kitchen complete with bbq by the pool and they preapre bbq packs at an additional cost. Our room was the smallest of the 3 but we fitted in with 2 large suitcases and hand luggage no problem. Comfortable double bed, great power shower, small fridge, TV and……

“O cardápio do pequeno almoço e simples porém suficiente, poderia ser melhor. As acomodações e ampla e agradável. Parabéns pela simpatia dos funcionários. Só achei estranho não ter nenhum funcionário a noite, tem que melhorar nesse setor ”

Personnel aux petits soins et très proche de plusieurs endroits à visiter comme île du Baleal, Péniche, Óbidos, s. Martinho do Porto, Nazaré, …) A ne pas perdre, dîner à l’île du Baleal au restaurant Taberna do Ganhão ainsi que le restaurant du logement”

“A unique older style hotel. It was clean, quiet and maybe 10 inutes to the castle. A preordered breakfast was ready for you the next morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“The host came into my room in the middle of the night unnanounced. She was dropping off my breakfast as she said she had no other guests so wouldnt be serving breakfast the next day. I heard guests coming in and out of the property all night so im not sure if maybe they had booked last minute. Anyways, she entered my room without knocking at 11PM waking me out of my sleep. The amenities list a bar/lounge and restaurant but these dont exist on the property. Plan to bring food or have a vehicle……
