「The staff charge me fees again but I have already paid in Hotel.com. They keep cheating me on the way of refund. In the end, I called my French friend come here to help. The director eventually pay me back in cash, which he said they don’t have cash before my friend comes. 」

「Rooms are not clean, filthy carpets, spiders and webs in areas of ceiling. No hand wash, people clearly smoking when they shouldn't be. We could smell cigarettes in our room and all down the corridor. Breakfast is chaos, people grabbing at everything, at times no plates or bowls left. Doesn't matter if you try come down early it's packed. Floors are dirty with people dropping food on for and it doesn't get cleaned up. One of the days we paid for breakfast so we could have a warm...

「The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being...
