“Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. “Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“very close to the train station and the plaza. the room is sparkling clean.”

“großzügiges, komfortables Zimmer und Bad, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, nette Dekoration, keine störenden Geräusche, .., wir waren sehr zufrieden”

“Good location, good service and with nice view at the rooftop restaurant. Big shopping mall with a big supermarket nearby the hotel.”

“Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help”

“A nice family hotel with comfotable room having balcony with good view, and delicious meal at relatively cheap price. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful.”

Super nettes Personal. Jederzeit wieder!”
