"Our room was not ready at the expected check-in time. We had to wait an extra hour to get in. Apparently they did not have enough cleaning staff so they were running behind. After a long flight, it was disappointing. However, it is a great location as it is close to restaurants and shops."

"Overall, pretty acceptable. Could have been more attention to cleaning in the corners and the edge of hallways. The tv would freeze and we’d have to unplug the cable for a minute to reset. This happened several times during our 28 day stay. The staff were great! "

"We felt like we were staying in the Bates Motel. All the fixtures in the bath were corroded, the counter top was stained and in some places, burned, the wood and paint around the bath door was cracked. There wasn't a hand rail in the tub either. My bed frame needed to be tightened. The bed rocked when I got in it Additionally, there wasn't an ice maker! This property definitely needs an upgrade and major cleaning."
