“Wonderful, stunning condo near downtown Lawrence. Pictures don't do it justice. Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking right outside your door. Owners were accommodating and easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street for dinner at Lawrence Beer Company. Excellent food and drinks. I'm still thinking about my meal.”

“Very nice loft apartment. Perfect for an extended stay. We were there two weeks. It was very comfortable for my family. Love staying here our third time.”

“The unit was great. Really close to everything and slept 10 of us very comfortably. The only knock I have on the property and feedback that you need to make people aware of is the noise. If you're there to party and have some late nights, which we were, the place is amazing. On the other hand, if you're not and need a good night's sleep, it is not going to happen. It is the loudest VRBO I have ever stayed at and with the Hawk sharing walls, a quite night of sleep would be imposable.”

“A perfect location and unique Lawrence stay. We were there for graduation and was able to comfortably have family and friends over to have a celebratory brunch.”

“Worst property I have encountered in the VRBO network. I would advise against staying here. We had ants in the property, spiders, WI-FI did not work, and the unit above us was not sound proofed so could hear every footstep and movement at all hours. This was a terrible value. I did complain but owners said I didn’t complain soon enough. Do NOT stay here, the property description says it’s elegant, far from it! ”
