“The rental was adequate but the kitchen was older, despite the cabinets being painted and the hardware being replaced. The appliances need replacing, including the coffee pot, and the seal around the kitchen sink had mildew, which made cooking unappealing. The hot tub was a nice addition, however, it snowed while we were there making the steps to get in and out slippery and very cold. Also, there is a rental unit above this ground floor unit, and if people walk on the floor late at night, which……

“I didn’t receive the initial check in email with door code but once I reached out (around 9pm) they were very helpful and sent me the information. The little house was perfect. Great location to visit friends in Keene and enjoyed the public beach on the lake. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone and the area was very quiet. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area!”

“Had a lovely stay at this cute, cozy, clean home. It had plenty of space and Erik was an attentive host. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. It's always so difficult sleeping in a new place, but the light touches and decor were comforting and made this place feel so much more homey than a hotel or other places I've stayed. Definitely recommended!”
