“My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. The unit was clean and comfy with toiletry baskets in both bathrooms that included a supply of towels and cloths which was a nice touch. Communication and check-in was……

“Beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets and event venues!! Space is just as described and pictured. Host communicated quickly with any questions or needs. Would definitely stay again— thank you!! ”

“The host, Stephen was attentive, helpful, kind and very pleasant. He answered all of questions quickly no matter the time. The condo was clean, equipped with everything needed during my stay and just the right size. It’s located in a nice, quiet and safe area. I will definitely seek to stay at one Stephen’s properties again while in NC. The hospitality IS top notch!”

“This townhouse is wonderful. It is new and clean and comfortable. Katherine has fully stocked the kitchen and supplied amenities that rival most hotels. Having a parking spot included is also a plus anytime staying downtown.”

“This was a last minute booking and the host was very responsive and welcoming. It was very clean, and comfortable. I wish there had been a guest book with TV operating instructions and local places that delivered and that Harris Teeter (grocery store) was 1/2 a block away. Overall lovely last minute find. ”

“This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.”
