「This was the perfect little spot for our family to stop and stay on our way to dropping our daughter at camp and enjoy Williamstown. Our hike at the Clark Institute was a highlight along with the proximity to downtown’s great restaurants.We were talking about how gorgeous it must be in the fall… when it must be even more scenic and amazing.」

「Excellent house. Privacy for five adults . Two couples one single. All features new and first rate.- sheets, towels, kitchen equipment etc. unique design by architect. 」

「The old mill house was perfect for our week long stay while visiting family in nearby Greenfield! 」

「It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. Thanks to Rich for being a great and gracious host!」

「The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed 」

「My friends and I had the most beautiful rainy weekend here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The spot was perfect for the 5 of us and the river was such a wonderful bonus to our peaceful trip!」

「It really is a barn and beautifully furnished with nice quality design and care. The third bedroom is pretty open to the living room but great for kids!」

「Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable!」

「Two generations of us stayed at the house while our grandsons stayed at Camp Spofford. The location was so convenient for us to attend activities at the camp with only a 10 minute drive. The house was plenty spacious for the four of us. It would easily accommodate six. There is only one bathroom, but that presented no problem for us. The house is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy. we would stay here again. 」

「Rustic but not too rustic, great location, excellent hot tub, plenty of blankets, well-appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Inside property was great - house was very fun and spacious and clean . HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to...
