"The property was well maintained and it is managed very well. For me and my wife, it is the perfect property to stay, because we attend the Tangelwood Festival in Lenox. We always enjoy a vacation club or timeshare rather than a simple hotel room. This way we can fix our own meals or go out and feast on some of the restaurants in Lenox and the Berkshire mountain area."

"La habitación fue muy bonita y estaba súper limpia, fácil de encontrar y habían varios ascensores, el hotel tiene mucho entretenimiento hubo Dj en el bar y la pasé súper bien. No pude utilizar la piscina pero se veía limpia y muy bonita el área. La cómida en el Tap Restaurant estuvo deliciosa y me enamoré de una bebida pero no recuerdo el nombre del cóctel. Un servicio muy bueno. Recomiendo este hotel."

"The hotel’s name speaks for itself. It’s a modern, clean, comfortable environment that meets the needs of a quick getaway, business trip, etc. It was reasonably priced. The one drawback is that there are No POOLS !!! Please call ahead to confirm that there is no pool to manage expectations. The room sink didn’t drain after the first night. It was drained by hotel staff after it was reported. And, you’ll have to request housekeeping as there was no daily room upkeep without requesting any. All in all, I would stay here again, as well as recommend this hotel. Note: Adding a pool and/or a jacuzzi would make this place ideal for visitors."
