You were in an adjoining room which sometimes, unfortunately, can get noisy due to the "neighbors". We have no control over this nor would we know about it unless you had mentioned it to the staff. Hi, Kathryn. Our TVs do not have timers on them and we do not charge additional fees for the use of the TVs. So, we are not sure why you mentioned this. We are working on replacing the timers on the bathroom lights in addition to other renovations to the rooms. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss this matter further. Hello, David. We are currently in the process of updating our rooms and the common areas. Due to limited space for our breakfast area, we are not able to offer a wider selection. In addition to the sweets, we do offer cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juices, and coffee. Hopefully, we will be able to add additional space very soon to increase our breakfast options (such as bagels, toast, eggs, and other hot options). We hope you will give us another chance to make it up to you.
