This beautifully renovated three-bedroom unit located on the first floor at Meadow Ridge Resort serves as an excellent vacation rental for families. It provides access to clubhouse amenities and is positioned on the second floor of the building, ensuring a peaceful condo for your relaxation, while being conveniently close to the main clubhouse to enjoy various amenities.
The primary living, dining, and kitchen areas showcase recently installed hardwood floors, complemented by a designated area for hanging jackets and storing boots. Each bedroom features brand new carpeting.
The spacious layout, adorned with vaulted ceilings, includes a cozy sofa in the living room, ideal for unwinding while taking in the mountain views from the private balcony accessed through sliding glass doors. Guests can also take advantage of the gas fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV. The dining area boasts a generous table suitable for group gatherings, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen is equipped with new countertops and a custom tiled backsplash that enhances the modern and updated appliances, while the new cabinets facilitate effortless meal preparation.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom provides ample space and extra bedding, making it a great option for small groups or families with multiple children. This bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is situated off the main living room, featuring custom French doors for privacy, a queen murphy bed, sofa, a large closet with ample storage, a baby crib, and a washer and dryer. The main hallway leads to the second full bathroom. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.

Spacious place with all the kitchen appliances, really close to Adventure Park which was so much fun! Maintenance brought us firewood which was so nice!! It states it has gas fireplace but it isn't. Woke up to snow!
