This beautifully appointed cabin (2200 square feet) is located in the Rendezvous development and backs onto a meadow with a cross country ski trail. It is two miles from Winter Park restaurants and shops and just four miles from the Winter Park ski area. The free Winter Park ski bus has two stops within the Rendezvous area. The Winter Park Rec Center is ten minutes away and Devil's Thumb cross country ski area is twenty minutes north off of Highway 40. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are within an hours drive. Note that Google Maps says Granby, CO which is incorrect. However, the coordinates on Google Maps are correct and so driving instructions are accurate.

There is a 2 car garage and a mud room in the house with a convenient area to hang ski clothes and store boots. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bath. Two gas fireplaces provide a warm, intimate atmosphere in the living room and spacious master. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3 burner propane grill on the porch.

The master bedroom has a king bed and opens onto the patio level featuring a private hot tub in a quiet setting 20 ft behind the house. The hot tub seats 6. The master bath has a separate shower and deep oversized tub. The first floor and upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom has twin beds.

The rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels (including spa towels for the hot tub), hair driers, humidifiers and a washer and dryer.

The cabin is only rented during the winter holiday season and is our second home the rest of the year.

We have a strict no smoking policy and do not allow pets. Please bring slippers or good socks as we request no shoes on the carpet.
