「Really enjoyed staying at the property. Matthew was very responsive prior to arrival and once we got there everything was in great shape. The house is very clean and well maintained and the yard is as well. We spent a lot of time by the firepit and did some fishing as well, which was enjoyable. Great white water rafting nearby with River Riders and a Wal-Mart grocery store is a short 12 minute drive from the property. Will definitely consider returning!」

「We think Thaddeus Stevens himself would have loved this log house. We certainly did during our 3 day stay. Cozy and well decorated. A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Close to downtown and just steps away to a local grocery. The owner, Sarah, is truly exceptional! Helped us in so many ways including making sure our kitchen skillet was returned to us after we accidentally left it in a cupboard. Hats off to Sarah, and a great little getaway!」

「The check-in service was excellent! unfortunately, there was a problem. The hotel had a main water pipe burst at 3:45am. that resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. I do want to say the check-in clerk was exceptional in handling this situation. He assured us the hotel would give us a refund if we called Expedia.
