Our stay was perfectly fine. The house has the basics needed for an enjoyable stay but there is definitely room for improvement. The beds need a better mattress and frame. Any movement in the bed results in squeaking and the frames seem like they need to be tightened. (FYI, the website states this is a 2-bedroom house when it's 3). We didn't use the backyard at all even though that was one of the reasons we choose the house. Everything was just dirty, there needs to be a good cleaning. The yard is basically dirt so any wind will churn up the dust easily. On the plus side, the house has a lot of room, great location, nice shower and bathroom (only 1, with 3 bedrooms, probably could use another) and nice size flat screen in a good size living room. Great kitchen space with a table that can seat up to 6. Bedrooms are good size but no TV's
