「Rooms were not very soundproof, we had LOUD neighbors. Breakfast was very basic. Not enough seats to accommodate the guests. The air conditioner in the room was on point! We stayed during the heatwave and our room was very cool! I didn’t like that the ice machine was only on the first floor. We were on the second floor. Had to wait for someone to greet us at the front desk. Overall would stay again if just passing thru.」

「The golf course is beautiful. However the rooms are dated and can use renovations. The pizza was delicious at the resorts restaurant. The staff were friendly, however our room was never cleaned while we were out. When asked about our room being clean we were told that you must state that you want your room cleaned at check-in. I found that odd, we had to request to have our trash taken out and fresh towels. I did not like that about the resort.」

「Parking lot maintenance plus system issues requiring me to get new keys were unfortunate check in experiences. Room was a LONG walk from the front desk and front desk was a LONG walk from where i parked due to lot maintenance. Property did not provide any advance notice.」

「Very unique fun, retro motel! Comfy beds. Clean. Pool closed early in our opinion. There was a water cooler and ice free to use. Ping pong, a fire pit, picnic tables, etc. walking distance to a small beach. Cute murals behind the building. Excellent water pressure. Cute gift shop. We enjoyed our stay! Would stay again. Parking lot is a little narrow. If you are a larger person, the toilet area in the room is VERY SMALL.」

「Great pool for families. Breakfast was slim with the waffle irons not available for us. The bunk beds and separate TV was a hit with our kids. Good 1 night stay before the SS Badger trip.」

「First time at Summer’s Inn and I will definitely return! The room was great and has all you need for a long holiday weekend- small refrigerator, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Staff are friendly and we felt very welcome. It was like a step back in time to the 1960s.」

「Check-in was easy. Booked on the app. We were on motorcycles and got held up in a thunderstorm. Got there late but our key was waiting for us in the key box by the office door. 」

「Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not...

「We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing!」
