「This property took my booking and then waited until my family and I were out front to tell us they could not accommodate us. We had flown in and on Saturday evening told me they wanted us to wait until Monday. They left us without a place to stay for the week with absolutely no notice. The house from the exterior looked to be in very poor condition with trash full and an unkept yard. The host was very defensive and unresponsive.」

「fantastic !! Rob was always available and we had an amazing time visiting historic Hanover and our trip to Gettysburg was well spent during this 162nd anniversary. It was our first trip to the area and battlefield sites and we cant wait to visit again. We will definitely reach out to Rob and the Bucher house for our stay(s) in the future !!」

「I reserved the house because my daughter was getting married in Hanover with a reception in Gettysburg. Great location between the two towns. Beautiful and historic. We took the "mother helps the bride prepare" pictures there. As a sweet added perk, the piano is in tune!」

「While modest, this property was just what I needed. It was conveniently located in beautiful New Oxford, just steps away from the lovely town center square. It was conveniently located and not far from the family members I came to visit, and only 20 minutes from Gettysburg National Park. The property manager quickly responded when I asked for help.」

「Great retreat in nature! The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the hot tub and all the outdoor sitting spaces. Stocked kitchen and grocery store less than 10 minutes away was wonderful for cooking meals together. Bedrooms were spacious & comfortable. We would definitely come stay here again! 」

「The property is AMAZING. The cottage is small but has everything you could need. It is quaint and charming and the wall AC units are remarkably strong. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good for remote work. If you are looking for peace, quiet and beauty in nature while still being able to access the hustle and bustle, this slice of heaven is perfect. 」
