「Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area.」

「Stayed for 2 nights in family room, location is superb as its a couple of hundred yards north of where the students drink making it very quiet a huge plus, staff very welcoming, rooms spotless and breakfast excellent, free parking was a bonus and not a problem, all in all a lovely stay ,highly recommend」

「Nice and pretty reception, thankfully for your help」

「Clean room, quiet and central location, helpful staff. Ample street parking. They no longer serve breakfast, so ignore the photo of the breakfast room.」

「Positive: The room was clean, and the location is convenient, close to Jesmond Metro station and Osborne Road. Negative: The room was cold every night. I told reception about it three times, but nothing was done and the problem continued each day. On the second night the internet stopped working, and I had to spend around £3 on mobile data. I messaged the owner and the hotel several times but never received a reply. Staff seemed very busy with the bar, and I had to ask three or more times...

「We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back!」

「I like the Staybridge Newcastle ... I will be chose it aging when I visit Newcastle.」

「Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again!」

「入住服務員態度極差， 房間被鋪好污糟， 酒店早餐品種極少， 酒店在網上聲稱可以提供車位， 到了酒店告知我車位不是他們的結果未能提供車位給我， 要我在外面自己找車位。」

「Staff is good」
