“it was horrible, it should be closed.”

“Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks”

“Clean place”

“So terrible to say, poor experience with the service and no security because some people are living in some rooms permanently”

“Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and……

“First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left……

“We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all. As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. The……

“I couldn't take my shower during my stay because there was no cold water at the shower and the hot water was extremely hot. In addition to that the people were making noise even in the mid night not allowing me to have a good sleep”

“Estaba ocupada la habitación, por lo que nos dijeron dentro del lugar. La rentaron a varias personas a la vez, y hubo muchas quejas, el baño se veia su io, descuidado y en condiciones lamentables, era medio compartido y al detectar al dueño y/o encargado, nos dijo que devolverían nuestro pago. Si lo hizo? Si no para exigirlo pues nos dejó botados y sin lugar donde dormir a media noche”

“This was terrible place, I didn't stay at the property, what a waste of my money.”

“The advertised photos of the room are not anything like the room. We had two single beds and green covers with one pillow each. Bathroom was dirty and no towels or anything in the bathroom apart from a toilet roll. Bathroom door did not fit in the doorframe when closed and the door handle was coming off the door with lack of screws. Bedroom had nothing in it apart from the beds and wardrobe. Very dirty bedroom which had a very funny smell. Will never stay there again and would not recormend to……

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。”
