"Room and hotel are clean and great location. We dont hear sound from airplane eventhough the hotel next to airport. The only problem the staff. The pool supposed to close at 10pm. We went there close to 9pm and it’s already closed. The staff said he will leave early. Come on the pool close at 10pm and when i finish with fitness, the staff still there at 940pm. Give me a break! "I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as pet-friendly, as I was traveling with my well-trained dog. While the location was convenient and the room itself was comfortable, the experience was soured by the lack of transparency regarding the pet policy. When I booked, the additional pet fee was not clearly disclosed. I was extremely annoyed to be informed that there was a flat pet cleaning fee for bringing a well-behaved animal into the room. If a hotel charges a premium for pets, there should be clear communication about that cost upfront, or they should at least provide amenities to justify the extra cleaning fee they claim to be charging."
