“The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms was clean, bathrooms had plenty of room, towels were soft, and the beds were quite comfortable including the pillows. The property is an older one but very well kept up. The location was surprisingly quiet even though not far from an Interstate. We never heard noise from cars or other guests so must have good insulation. Had plenty of parking with an accommodating back door you could open with your key card. Its……

“Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time .”
