Fully renovated ,Spacious - 1600 sq ft ,2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with additional 300 sq ft of 2 Balcony's ,first floor and second floor ,overlooking canal and ocean
Great Amenities - Pool, Canal, Beach,

Centrally Located - less than 10 minutes away from airport.

Guest access
You will have full access to my home. Grand Bahama is beautiful, safe, and family friendly. There are many many white sandy beaches. There is a pool on the side of the condo. There are local shops, restaurants, and spas all centrally located and waiting on you.
Dock your Boats if need it , is a charge $60 Canadian money per night, this dock do not have outlet power.Other things to note
No pets allowed

Area is very quiet and relaxing

The house was very clean. Host answered when the door didn’t work so communication was great. The view of the docs were nice. The pool was very dirty and gross. There was a broken chair at the dining table that they glued and screwed together which my mom got hurt on and there’s a staples sticking out in the couch. And then by the couch, there is one table a little broken like broke the glass of it and I definitely think they should’ve removed that but overall the house was very clean. Definitely recommend getting a car nothing‘s walkable distance and then when they put private beach nearby that will not be a private beach. You go through were an abandoned hotel as well. They just bought it out so that won’t really be a private beach anymore, but the people are very friendly I explored the whole island. It was great.

Some improvements needed

We are frequent visitors of Freeport. This property has so much potential but there is room for improvement. We experienced an issue with the gate code, in which the owner told us to leave our rental car parked on the street until they could provide a new code the following day. The bedroom facing the parking lot only has sheer curtains. This allowed a clear view from the neighboring condos providing minimal privacy. The outlets in that bathroom did not work. And the only outlet in the other upstairs bathroom are partially covered by the mirror. We visited over Christmas, and while cooking our holiday dinner, we realized there was quite an issue with ants (not uncommon in the Bahamas, but more than I’ve ever experienced before). Ant traps are highly recommended. And lastly, all of the dining room chairs were rickety and wobbly from the start. A few days into our stay, my significant other (who weighs 150lb) sat in one of the chairs and fell straight to the ground. We promptly informed the owner of this unsafe issue. We avoided use of these chairs the remainder of our stay and opted to use the patio chairs in fear that another chair may fall apart. The owner proceeded to charge us for the repair of their already unsafe furniture. Most of these issues are easily repairable and would help ensure a much more stress-free stay.

Spacious accommodations

The unit was comfortable and spacious. We could tell it was newly renovated. Arjet, the owner, was very responsive to questions we had. Canal view from the back porches was also nice. The overall area was average to good and close to the beach. Eateries and stores were only 5-10 minutes away by car.
