They initially gave me the wrong room, as I had reserved a Superior King but was assigned a room with two double beds. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall, the property is very enjoyable. The buffet food is decent with a good selection. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay despite the initial room mix-up.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort! The only thing I would let people know about are the bees in the pools area, they are very attracted to the sweetness of the drinks😅 The daily entertainment and activities are awesome! The team does a great job trying to involve and motivate the guests to participate and have fun!😁

It was a 2-star resort The buffet was good Our à la carte dining option was not great. Rooms were very dated & needed care to refresh them to better standards. Having snorkelling equipment available for free was a nice bonus Needed more shade options poolside

Hotel staff lack customer service skills, are not welcoming go or helpful. Treated us like a nuisance, walked to the room after check in and room keys did not work employee sitting next to the room on his phone was not able to provide assistance or call for help, had to walk to the reception again to get room keys fixed. Hotel has an overall dirty appearance, grounds, floors, hallways, receptions area are all dirty. Rooms are due for a major renovation, this is an all inclusive facility and room attendant failed to replace room water bottles. Also the buffet restaurant menu is always the same bland cafeteria food, menu doesn’t change need major improvements. This shouldn’t be advertised as an all inclusive hotel.
