I would recommend this five star to anyone who would go through verbal for a rental even though it is a basement apartment. It was super clean and so comfortable again. Couldn't recommend this more”

“This is a terrific location just a couple blocks from the heart of Manitou Springs, arcade, restaurants, bars, a shuttle stop to the incline, etc. If you plan to live within Manitou for your stay, you won’t even need a car. I took a Lyft from the COS airport and either walked everywhere or took the free shuttle running through Manitou to the incline/Pike’s Peak. There is even a massage therapist within walking distance for when you need muscle help the day after the incline. Small but cozy, it……
