“I won't book again! The room was hotter than hot. The A/C was off & took a long time to cool down the room. Too hot to sleep, just lay there sweating. Why would the staff not turn on the a/c for expected guests? The fridge was also turned off, there was a kettle but no mugs. Minimum towels, no soap, shampoo & only one pillow each. No extras at all. There is a set of stairs to the elevator, I am a senior with large, heavy luggage & no offer of help from staff. Disgraceful!”

“Lovely, helpful staff see you to this ocean side bungalow with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great deck where you can sit and enjoy the sight of the reef. Snorkelling right from your private beach yields coral and tropical fish from the shore. A couple of downsides: there are no staples like sugar, coffee, salt, etc in the kitchen; there is no comfortable chair so you either sit on the bed or you are upright at the table; the reception is only there for assistance for an hour or so……
