"Lovely hotel itself but balconies need paint attention. Staff were excellent, only problem was that we'd paid for an updated room with a view over the pool, couldn't of got a room with a worse view! Horrible, as looked into a grey wall one side, and out over everybodies rubbishy back yards (room 513) but room itself was great,and just a short walk to cruise ship terminal, .would stay again"
