"The cleaning staff was very nice,the front desk staff very unpleasant and less helpful-especially some specific persons and restaurant staff slow and like “don’t care” The breakfast buffet food was less than average,coffee is only instant,no espresso machine that is unacceptable for this hotels class and level. The rooms definitely need renovation."

"our stay was quite good. the room was very clean and well presented. the resort, restaurant and bar were excellent. Most of staff were very helpful and friendly, but the daytime concierge was very abrupt and borderline rude to us upon our arrival and later when we discussed our departure to an international flight in the very early hours of the next morning with her."

"It was a short stay before a bigger trip. We enjoy the ease of renting a car right there and the wonderful tips the concierge provided for our trip around the island. The market and pharmacy across the walking street bridge was very convenient for picking up those few things we forgot. The room was clean and comfortable. My 6’5 husband enjoyed the rain shower immensely. The pool was big and beautiful with a lot of chairs around it. It looked magnificent from our room (pearlescent shimmer from the tiles). The Wednesday night Polynesian show was awesome but I recommend getting there early to get a good spot so that others won’t stand in front of you and block your view"

"Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. The buffet breakfast and French restaurant were delicious. The pool, water sports, restaurants, reef rebuilds are amazing parts of this resort. I would definitely highly recommend this place and go back but after the construction is complete. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was not mentioned prior on the Expedia website, which was disappointing. You will hear saws, drills and hammers in the distant. Also, construction teams will ride by your over the water bungalows around 8:15- 8:30am, during the day and 4:15-4:30pm. They try to stay a bit further out in distance vs the bungalows. I wished this was disclosed on Expedia’s website."

"Located on probably one of the best locations on the main island of Bora Bora. A great beach on the property, as well as across the street on the other side of the small peninsula. The bungalows are clean, lovely, cozy yet spacious enough, with large windows, a balcony with direct access to the blue lagoon. A glass coffee table lets you view the fish below. Snorkeling on the artificial reefs below the bungalows is also excellent, lots of colourful fish, rays and octopus. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast has a large selection of options. The staff is generally helpful and polite with the exception of an older French lady who may be a manager that was over the top sugary-sweet polite to some people, completely ignored others, even at the same table. The resort seems to have a policy where they allow day use with the purchase of food and drink. We came back a couple of times after we moved to more humble lodgings nearby to enjoy the excellent dining, beach and snorkeling."

"An excellent hotel downtown Papeete right across the road from the ferry terminal and close to everything you need. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, including a kitchenette and a table, balcony overlooking the port. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor was also excellent, one of the best we went to in French Polynesia. The only shortcoming was that the stand-alone tub has no shower curtain, so if you are taking a shower it's difficult not to flood the bathroom."
