“We so enjoyed this place! On a couple of rainy afternoons it was so cozy with the fireplace on! We had amazing sunsets! Although we wanted to kayak the weather did not cooperate, but what a cove to kayak in! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We are planing our return.”

“Walking into the house, it was exactly as it is posted, but of course better in person! The setup was perfect for my family. The view was absolutely amazing! We had a couple of days of sun and one with rain, and we enjoyed all the weather changes from the house. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We were very happy with this property. I was charmed by the transparency in the property's description of the orange counters and the narrow staircase, and hopeful when I read the reviews mentioning the wildlife spotted from the deck. One reviewer complained about the smell, which worried me a bit. There IS a distinctive smell, but it just made us think of going to our grandparents' cabins as children. I think it's just a smell to be expected in any old, wooden cabin. It wasn't offputting to us……
