“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。
幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。
當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。
當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“This was my first time to the city of Bern and this property could not have been more perfect. The location is right in old town and we were able to easily walk to the attractions within Old Town. It’s convenient to Tram Stops and having the Bern Ticket provided by Rob and Sara made it very easy to venture outside of Old Town.The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need.
