Frisco Golf Hotel

"Pick up at the airport was frustrating. Waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle then we left the airport and returned to pick up more people. This happened 4 times and it took one hour to get to the hotel 2.5 miles away. Corridors carpet smelled . Room cleaned was average. "

"Couldn’t get house keeping to change fresh sheets after calling down 3 times all day. Tv cut off every 5-10mins , only one outlet worked in room "

"Hotel looks worn out! And it’s obvious that there isn’t extra care given to the facility. Small example is the dead plants and empty planters at the front entrance. It’s not inviting at all. The room was ok but also very tired looking. Floor in the bathroom creaked really bad and everything looks old. The room and bathroom were clean but we have never slept in such a terrible, saggy bed. Won’t be staying here again! "

"Excellent environment Quite and feels cozy Kind staff Easy check in and check out Room was extremely comfortable we had the king suite and a beautiful view Plenty of space and the bed was the best Clean and beautiful all together "

"I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and called to tell them my check in time would be 1030 and they okayed that. When I got there there was no more 2 queen beds available and gave us a pull out “roller” bed. Definitely disappointed in that. But everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay."
