Great Accommodations for our Breckenridge Ski Trip

This Lake Dillon condo was the perfect place for our 3-day ski trip to Breckenridge. Great location and super convenient to Breck. Unit had all the necessary amenities to make our stay great. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Awesome view. Bad management

This is a lovely affordable condo. You will not be disappointed by the view. Kitchen was adequate and the beds were comfortable. The management was terrible. No keys in the lock box when we arrived. Was told the cleaning people must have taken them during the prior cleaning which was days before. Odd though, that when I asked for an early check in they said it was not possible even though it appeared to be unoccupied for 3 days. Finally sent someone out to re-key the locks. They did comp us for dinner but seriously I just wanted to get into the condo. The TV had 5 (yes I am serious) remotes and was impossible to figure out unless you were 18 and an electronics geek. When I called and asked for an instruction sheet for the tv system I was referred to the house manual which was nowhere to be found. They called later and said they could walk me through it. Clearly they did not understand that this was not just a simple two remote system, that I could operate. Days later they called and said they could send someone out to help us. Really.?!?! Just gave up. If I were the owner I would dump this management company fast.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, location, and furnishings. We came to ski 4 different mountains (Keystone, vail, breckinridge and Beaver Creek). Central location in perfect little town of Frisco was just right. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably (Queen, two twins, and sofa that spacious and comfortable to sleep on). Only thing wish was different was that the wonderful looking hot tub was closed due to CoVid :( Had small issue locating parking pass but turnkey management went out of their way to resolve and follow-up (excellent service). We would definately stay there again !

Exceeded Our Expectations

We went to Frisco to be with family and have access to Keystone, Breckenridge, and the surrounding area. The place was fantastic. It was clean, and beautiful. The bathrooms, TV's furniture and decor were all very nice and up to date. The pictures reflected the place. The location was also perfect. It is a few steps to hiking trails around Lake Dillon, and a few steps in the other direction to Starbucks. We utilized the hot tub after skiing, and the best part was seeing moose outside the window. The condo was within walking distance to a microbrewery, and other stores and restaurants. Directions about keys, arrival, departure and amenities were clear and easy. I made one call regarding internet access and received immediate customer service and resolution. Truly a wonderful trip and place.
