“Stayed for a week super unique place 👌 restaurant and bar is top notch... Staff was great except one angry and mean person.... That person doesn’t represent the standard of this hotel.”

“The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay……

“Excellent facility, great staff and management. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. My go-to for Cleveland area visits now. Rooms are well thought out, breakfast service is superb. ”

“Worker lives on site and constant fighting with mate. Police called and their fighting continued. Desk clerk rude and condescending. Terrible place, location and staff.”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food……

“The overall stay was nice! I loved the recently updated suite. I only wish that I knew that the pool was closed and they were doing construction starting around 8a every morning prior to me booking.”

“Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again.”

“We were in rm 211. It was comfortable. My only complaint is the pocket door on the bathroom wouldn’t latch; it kept slipping. The door is slightly off kilter in the track. I told them at the desk and hopefully they’ve fixed it. The breakfast was sub-par as far as heated food, ie: eggs, bacon and sausage. The toaster really didn’t toast at all. I put my bagel thru twice and it still needed more. Coffee was good.”
