"Only a quick one night stay on the way to another holiday. I travel a lot.
Check in was ok, had better had worse, lifts very small, steps into the bar so wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair user. Toilet flushed itself a few times within the hour of use, coffee machine didn't work in the morning and the barman automatically assumed i only wanted house wine, although lovely to be reminded of when I was young and thats all I can afford! The hotel was in a great location and the windows were double so very quiet."
"We couldn’t get in our room early despite requesting it in advance for our daughter’s graduation ceremony. Fair dues though, reception were able to help and get us in early enough. We were grateful for their help given we were one of many requesting the same in Bristol University’s graduation week. Many thanks for your help."
"Room was good staff were good but Breakfast wax terrible. Dry baked beans running scrambled eggs no fried. Coffee machine didn’t work. Enjoyed the stay but won’t be booking breakfast next time"
"This hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and the staff are so helpful & friendly . Our room was lovely , beds really comfy & air conditioned also, had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, so much choice . This hotel had thought of everything, even an ice machine on the hotels floors , it differs from other places I have stayed as I cannot find anything I would change & would highly recommend staying here ."
