"Was given a room without a working TV, then moved rooms, no Hot Water. No Housekeeping, not told upon check in that Housekeeping was upon request only. Not told upon check in that every other room on my floor had no working TV's, Not satisfied, was in town for a Memorial Service. Finding somewhere to shower just added to my grief and stress levels. Have NEVER had an experience like this."
