「Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

「房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意」

「This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!」

「The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.」
