"10 out of 10!We love the apartment,they got everything u need,pool it’s clean,private,so convenient got everything around you,the white sand beach just 3 mins walk,My son love the gaming room ping pong and football game it’s all you need,The reception are super friendly and helpful,100% will back and using it again."

"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."

"Not enough staff to clear tables and replenish food, clean plates and glasses in restaurant. Not enough coffee/tea machines working sometimes appropriately 10-12 people in queue for 2 coffee machines as 2 were not working, also 2 toasters at breakfast time for the number of people in hotel is not sufficient. Struggled a few times to get a table for four for dinner, yet premium area had plenty of space, but no management available to ask if we could use that area instead of walking around in circles trying to find a table, then when asking overworked staff to clean table we were told they were busy. Bars definetly understaffed with big queues constantly Sunbeds reserved and left empty for hours, some sort of monitoring is required"

"It is a 3☆ hotel, so you get what you paid for. Dated but clean and staff very positive and helpful. Food was good for 3☆. Only dissapointment was a Wifi only in comunal areas. If you want to use internet at your room you definitely will need and esim"

"The staff were excellent and very helpful. I would love to stay there again. The breakfast was plentiful lots to choose from. I was pleased I could leave my backpack there for a few hours while I was ready to collect it. Thanks again keep up the great work."

"Nice pool and staff, room was clean on arrival. No air conditioning which is crazy for the Canary Islands. Can’t recommend on that basis."

"The hotel is about to have a massive refit as its a bit tired in a few places, especially your own bathroom. However, we had a fantastic holiday and would return in an instant. Staff, food, bars, amenities all brilliant. Only has a week and needed more. Recommend a car hire as they are cheap, to explore the bottom of the Island. Been to 4 islands now, and this could be our favourite."
