「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」

「A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . "We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
