"We’ve been coming to this hotel every summer since moving to Dubai in 2022, and up until now it’s always been a 5-star experience for us. The rooms remain lovely, comfortable, and well-kept — that part hasn’t changed. The ocean water had visible garbage, there were a lot of flies around the resort and the atmosphere was very different, with the hotel feeling overcrowded and dominated by all-inclusive tour groups. Saving sunbeds at 7am! As arrivals on a Friday at 2pm, it was almost impossible...
