“Reserved a mountain view room with private onsen. Unfortunately, the weather was not good so I could not see the Mount Fuji. Staff were nice and served us good food. Will definitely recommend for those who want to enjoy a fabulous vacation.”

“The room is spacious and beautiful. A little bit old but clean and tidy. The private on sen is nice, running water and stable temperature. The tatami of living room is clean. The amenities provided are with good quality. The shuttle bus is on time and driver is helpful. A point to note is that the room cleaning service swept away my white clothes on bed when they change the bedsheet, I would suggest they do not change the bedsheet if they see client’s personal stuff on bed, they can avoid……

“It is highly recommended if you are going on a road trip.It is suggested to download "go taxi" or uber since we mostly rely on taxi when we need to go out.You can also also ask help from the front desk to help you call a taxi to Kawaguchiko station, the front desk is very friendly and there are staff who can speak fluent English. Therefore, there is no worry if you do not know how to speak Japanese. The bell shopping mall is just the opposite of the hotel which is very convenient. You can find……
