"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! We were able to leave our bags on the day of checkout and explore the area before heading onto our next destination."

"A beautiful view from the room and extremely convenient location! I loved looking out over the balcony at various times each day. The hotel is accessible with clear signage from inside the Queen's Square Mall, which is directly connected to the Minato Mirai Station line. There is a Family Mart 1 floor below, and shopping and restaurants in the mall itself. I typically stay near Yokohama Station, but it's always a maze to navigate in that area and crowded with people, so it was really relaxing to stay by Minato Mirai where there is definitely a more relaxed vibe. There is lots to see and do if you take a walk around the neighboring malls and areas (Cosmo World, Red Brick Warehouse, Sakuragicho, Yokohama Air Cabin, etc), and the line is also directly connected with Chinatown. The transfer from Minato Mirai line at Yokohama to the JR lines is also easy, so it's incredibly simple to take 1 train line all the way back up to Haneda or Narita airports, and even the Central Tokyo area. The hotel is spacious, although the rooms are not as modern as say a business hotel, and it has quite a lot of amenities. I stayed during the weekdays (Mon to Fri), so the prices were much more reasonable."

"Tmark was a great choice for our stay in Japan. The location was very convenient. There is a train station across the street, lots of hole-in-the-wall spots nearby, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate. Check out Zakuro (Shinagawa City) - a nearby izakaya spot. People were friendly, the menu was delish, and they accommodated English speakers. The room, while it appeared small at first, was just what we needed. We had enough space for all the luggage and shopping bags. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the juice machine."

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The location was a completely surprise and definitely worth it for our last minute short stay. The only downside was that during the night the ac would be turned off because it was centrally controlled. As a result I was not able to sleep comfortably because the room would be warm. I would still visit the hotel again and recommended it to others."

"完美地點，就係火車站少於五分鐘路程，四圍極多商場同食嘢地方。洒店房夠大，可開三個大行李箱，好乾淨。有六部洗乾衣機。早餐主要西餐，如果可以加多一點日本食物就好。酒店職員夠專業，好有禮貌，做事很快。如果再到東京，一定會再入住"
