“Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.”

“Great area. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion where we were seeing a show. Easy to grab a Lyft to and from the show!”

“Enjoyed our stay. We plan to return”

“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS!! No one at desk when I arrived I had to find another hotel when I arrived at 9:30pm at night”

“It’s a cozy, clean, and cute apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location is wonderful…within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions you could want.”

“Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean!”

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”

“The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience.”

“It's bigger than I thought! A very nice place stay!”

“My wife’s and my first trip to DC and it went perfectly. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the capital and a shorter walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Never needed the car. The room is small but very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The price was reasonable The property was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional”

“Good”

“We stayed here for touring the Capitol. It was a great space for us (four adults.) Conveniently located near DC's awesome public transit. It is a brand new apartment above an alley garage (thus carriage house designation). Access through the owners property from the street is available, but we were comfortable with using the alley access. We didn't drive much, but if you want to drive into the Capitol, the parking spot next to the entryway was extremely convenient and usable for our Sienna. The……

“Cute little apartment, clean and cozy. Be mindful there are a couple flights of narrow stairs to apt. Within walking distance of a few places to eat.”

“Communication was excellent and place was just as pictured and so cozy! We wish we could’ve had more time there than one night.”
