"The elevators are extremely solw. The beds are very low, feels like sleeping on the floor. Needs an app to where everything is and all restaurant menus. Food and drinks are pricey. Parking is high"

"This is my second time staying, I enjoyed my stay for the most part! Only issue I had was that I seen a few flies inside the room, other than that everything was okay. That could easily be fixed cause it wasn’t overwhelming, just something I seen."

"The breakfast was good about $80 for two ppl. It was valentine day weekend. The staff the first night had bad attitudes and confrontational. It was better the second night "

"1st our tv didn’t work. The regular tv channels said “no signal” and the apps for Netflix and tubi wouldn’t load 2nd our shower wasn’t working properly. The water wasn’t going down the drain. It was backing up in the tub and taking forever to drain out. Our room looked nothing like the pictures and the reviews we saw. I picked a specific room when I booked the hotel. When we arrived we were told we were getting an upgraded room. The room was just on a higher floor and looked like a regular room. That’s not an upgrade. The restaurant at the hotel charges outrageous prices for a little portion of food, the drinks at the bar are high priced. Parking at the hotel is ridiculous at $79 per night. Then if you want to buy anything at the hotel like bottles of soda, water, chips or candy it’s $5 EACH. We don’t recommend this hotel, nor would we stay here again. Not at the prices they charge."

"Good all around. Convenient location, hotel and rooms have character as opposed to most chain hotels, staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant very good also."
