“Staff was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was very low. You had to stand under the shower head a while just to rinse the soap off your body. The light at the room entrance was like a strobe light. For a king size bed they gave you four of the smallest pillows you ever did see, plus they were like sleeping on pebbles. Breakfast was so so. We will not be stopping at this Best Western any time soon.”

“Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks.
