“Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel.”

“Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. ”

“The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again.”

“根本酒店內沒有太多客人！第一次帶我去的放是行到最尾房！房內沒有窗，床邊三面貼牆，一部分體式冷氣機，很焗！服務員帶我到另一個房，有窗但打不開的全房的裝修很舊，廁所很污糟，廁紙找了很久也找不到，原來在洗手盆下面，只有一個窗口式冷氣機直射床邊！oh my god😫比之前韓國酒店還要差！幸好，我今次是來工作，只住一天！以後不會訂”
