「In a word, fabulous. The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). It's almost a miracle that the villa is also a few minutes drive from the centre of Funchal, also a large supermarket with groceries, meat, fish and everything you need and also a great starting point for any trip. Parking is in a large garage inside, driving in takes a bit of practice but any...

「Very charming place, with excellent location. Easy to walk to the city center, but yet a little outside, thus calm at night. Very friendly host when we met him in the driveway. Small communication issues in the beginning via sms, until weunderstood that we should use whats app. 」

「Very good location, clean, safe, very gentle, kind owners」

「The house is beautifully located and the views from the terrace are stunning. It is a small but very lovely stone house with all the necessary comfort and with a lot of charme. The very steep road to get there and the narrow entrance to the parking space required some getting used to, but after a few days this was not worth a thought anymore (but we were happy to have a mini SUV...). We were very pleased and would come back again anytime.」

「Schönes Haus mit großen Räumen. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Von allen Räumen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Obwohl es in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt ist es doch abseits vom Trubel und die Flugzeuge stören nicht wirklich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.」
