Very responsive staff when messaging online. Clean, comfortable apartment with good facilities and kitchen appliances/utensils. Very noisy throughout the night and early morning because it’s right on the main road. Had to have window open as so warm and didn’t want to use air conditioning (environmental reasons) but earplugs seemed to help! Great location. Overall really good!

Stay in the heart of Funchal

I had a fantastic experience. Situated in the heart of the city center, it boasts proximity to both the old city and the harbor, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Funchal. The aparthotel offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and a huge plus was having a laundry machine conveniently located within the building. The location couldn't have been better, with a supermarket just around the corner and all the main attractions practically at our doorstep. Communication with the host (Joana) was excellent, she even has purchased a new bottle opener. It is also handy that you received the keys via the keybox so you can arrive any time of the day. Even though there is no one-on-one contact with the host, every guest receives their own personal cabinet with the check-in/out details, necessary codes as well as all the manuals and FAQ's by the hand.

En nuestro caso, el apartamento y la decoración era tal y como se muestra en las imágenes y el personal muy amable y atento. Lo mejor es que está muy bien localizado ya que se encuentra en el centro de Funchal, de todas formas es un lugar tranquilo, las vistas son buenas y está bien equipado y limpio.
