Excellent modern hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of Funchal. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day with a good choice was very good as well. Rooftop bar and lounge are were lovely and peaceful as well as affording a great view over the harbour area. We would certainly stay in the hotel again if we are to return to Funchal in the near future.

All Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general was lovely and in a great location. The cleaning staff could pay a little more attention when cleaning the rooms but other than that, it was a great stay! Reception staff were wonderful!

Very nice new property. Very well located and staff kind and helpful. An excellent choice for a few days in Madeira, exploring. Walking distance from city center of Funchal and nice views. Would highlight the pool at the rooftop, a nice plus after a day visiting Funchal. Would reccomend and stay again.

This is a fabulous hotel to stay in for a trip to Madeira!! The room was well equipped and a minor issue with the coffee maker was resolved very quickly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good supply of both hot and cold options. Complements to the chefs at the egg station who made tasty fried eggs and omelettes for us each day. The hotel is well placed in Funchal with a supermarket around the corner and the marina and the old town were only a short walk away. What really made our trip was the kindness and warmth of the staff. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay and helped to make our first trip to Madeira a truly memorable one!

The room was very nicely decorated, and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. Although the hotel was close to the sea, there was no beach nearby where you could swim or relax. Some aspects of the room could be improved in terms of comfort. The bathroom had a glass wall, which offered very little privacy. There was also a connecting door to the room next door, and the soundproofing wasn’t great, so we could hear what was going on in the other room. There was also no bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and cost €19 per person per day. Parking was available through the hotel, but at an additional cost of more than €20 per day, which can become quite expensive for a longer stay. Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent. On a couple of occasions, toilet paper was not replaced, so we had to ask at reception. On one occasion, we left our used towels on the floor to indicate that we wanted them changed, but the same towels appeared to have been folded and put back instead of being replaced.

La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda , proprio di fronte alla Marina di Funchal e al Parco S. Caterina. Lo staff e ‘ stato molto gentile e disponibile ; la prima impressione non era stata del tutto positiva perché ci avevano dato una camera che non ci piaceva ma il giorno successivo l’hanno cambiato trovando una soluzione soddisfacente. La colazione a buffet ottima e molto gradevole la piscina in terrazza . L’isola è molto bella e molto curata.

Das hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage um Funchal zu erkunden bzw. generell um Ausflüge auf Madeira zu unternehmen. Die Zimmer und das ganze hotel sind sehr modern, da das hotel kürzlich renoviert wurde. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer jedoch sehr hellhörig sodass wir die ersten beiden Nächte mitten in der Nacht vom Geschrei unserer Nachbarn auf der anderen Seite des Flurs geweckt wurden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein deutsches TV vorhanden und auch keine Möglichkeit für Netflix oder Ähnliches.

A minha estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente excelente! Desde o momento do check-in até ao check-out, fui recebido com grande simpatia e profissionalismo por toda a equipa. O quarto era espaçoso, extremamente confortável e impecavelmente limpo, com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia perfeita. A cama era muito confortável, garantindo noites de descanso tranquilas. As instalações do hotel são modernas e muito bem cuidadas. O pequeno-almoço era variado, com produtos frescos e de excelente qualidade. A localização também é fantástica, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse da região. O que mais se destacou foi a atenção aos detalhes e a dedicação dos funcionários em proporcionar uma experiência memorável aos hóspedes. Senti-me verdadeiramente bem-vindo durante toda a estadia. Recomendo este hotel sem qualquer hesitação e certamente voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.
