The hotel location was perfect. Customer service could be improved, asked for clean towel from reception on day 3 and they needed to confirm original towel were still in the room, disappointing. Would of expected YES not a problem.

Nice stay

Overall good stay at this apartotel. Though not really walkable, it was close enough to the city center, with 20-30 min walk. The place itself has nice units with all amenities provided such a a plates, utensils, and stove.

Really good apart-hotel, the room had good cooking equipment. The mattress was a bit on the hard side. There's a minimarket at the hotel but there's also a Pingo Doce a few minutes' walk.

The property is clean, functional, nice cutlery/pots, friendly staff, easy parking coordination, towel rental, breakfast set-up. The downstairs grocery store is sooo convenient, decks we're nice, cleaning staff very sweet- a little late though, 5:30pm. But, really, that's just looking for a negative...an amazing stay and big bed, excellent AC... so worth the money/value!!

Place was reasonable for the price. Front desk was very helpful. Proximity to wine bar, mini grocery in front was awesome. Hotel didnt have advertised jacuzzi...and parking was a bit of an enigma. Otherwise, solid place and even has a lift! Cleaning staff was amazing...even folded my pj's daily. Would definitely stay there again.

Ideally situated near the town and lido. Had a handy kitchen area with some detergent and new cloths provided.there was a balcony with a table and chairs. Room’s cleaned daily. Reception available up to midnight. Safe available in the room but only found out it was chargeable (2 euro’s a day) on arrival as not stated in property description.

The apartment was good and I have to say the value for the price was quite high. Nice to have a little balcony. Staff was friendly. I didn’t choose the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Wouldn’t recommend the affiliated pick up service bc they were sort of slow coming out of the airport (getting a cab would have probably been faster) and didn’t show at all for the return to the airport which clearly was an issue and fortunately I had the bolt app to get a cab since it was early in the am and reception was closed.

Lovely hotel for a base to explore Madeira.

We were on the island for Funchal Marathon weekend and this place was perfect for the marathon start, as it was about a 3-min walk. We loved Madeira, and we really liked this hotel. Loads of food options around, a 30min walk to Funchal itself, and a car park about 3mins up the road. We used the car to explore more of the island, and this was a great base. We would happily stay here again as it was great.

Great location 25 mins to old town Funchal plenty restaurants near by, wish I could have given a better review about our stay! Noisy traffic street with NO A/C on a hot summer didn’t have a choice then to sleep with door open to get some breeze, although was given a fan it did help somewhat over all didn’t get a good nite rest .

Great stay. Staff was super helpful especially Marco. I didn’t realize the place had no ac but not a big deal when a fan was given. I like that the location is away from Funchal but an easy walk over to it. The parking is an easy 3 min walk from the hotel if you don’t ask for an on-site limited parking space. Made everything nice an easy to get to. There is a small grocery before the hotel which made it extremely convenient. The small kitchen was great since we were leaving for sunrise hikes so it was nice to make coffee and breakfast inside our room.
