"We stayed at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek for over a week and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The location is very convenient, close to the highway and nearby places like Starbucks, a gas station, and Chipotle. The suite was spacious and well designed, with a separate living room and bedroom (two double beds), plus a large bathroom. Parking was a nice surprise — usually $5/day, but free during our stay due to missing parking passes. The lot is large with plenty of available spaces. The inner courtyard with a fountain and waterfall is also a great touch, especially for kids. You can hear the water from the room, which felt calming. However, service was inconsistent. Staff were friendly but not very welcoming — often engaged in personal conversations, leaving guests waiting without acknowledgment. Basic greetings were frequently missing, which gave the impression of low motivation. Additionally, one elevator was broken, and the alternative in another wing was also out of order. During our week-long stay, no repairs seemed to take place. Also, the pool didn’t look clean enough to want to swim in. Overall, good space and location and would recommend, but service and maintenance need improvement."

"The front desk woman was THE nastiest, most evil and downright sorry excuse of a person. The owner was completely aware and defender her. She opened my door without ANY warning so my dog barked. She then called me "a stupid bi$@t" loud and proud in front of the entire staff and other customers, again the owner was aware and claimed that my dog ATTACKED her, he barked. Don't expect to get any mail or packages, she won't be bothered. I watched her scream and hang up on a customer, he was locked out and she flatly told him that she refused to get off of her lazy as$ to walk upstairs to help him. My room was disgusting, I kept getting locked inside and she said that if it happened again she would leave us locked inside. She also tried to throw me out over a dog bark. The owner REFUSED to run my card and tried to force me to pay cash, like that's not odd at all. The ONLY perk to this place is the very nice man that works in the evening. NOBODY got in the nasty pool and I saw rats running around the property BEWARE OF THIS HELL HOLE AND THE NASTIEST FRONT DESK PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET"

"Front desk staff great some cleaning staff don’t speak good English but directed me to front desk with questions. Golf cart rides to and from beach with lots of suggestions of activities during our stay from drivers Pools and site clean!!"

"The staff was always very friendly and the rooms were clean. However it felt like whole the rooms were updated they could use some work. Peeling paint on window seals, minor things like that. For me, the outdoor was more of the issue."

Room was gross my mom got a rash from layin on your dirty beds, Curtains were falling Coffee maker was broken Tv didn’t work I even called front desk to have another room and he told me he couldn’t help me that oh well some rooms don’t have tv.
