The room was clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. The breakfast needed more food variety and quantity. The transactions were very friendly and efficient. This review reflets a replacement room that was granted because the original room of the reservation had 3 issues that made it impossible to stay.

The people were very nice, rooms clean, bed wasnt great wasnt the worst, pillows were nice, but the rooms walls were very thin. Could hear everyone talking, walking, and getting ice.

Friendly staff room was clean air conditioner was not working correctly had cool on and was blowing heat out instead of cold air room was also missing smoke detector from the wall

Very old and outdated. Showers are horrible. Very noisy staff in the halls cleaning. Window unit was very loud and hard to sleep when running. I would not recommend this place. Good location for close food was the only plus

I was very thankful that they were not housing the homeless, as I had encountered with my stay at Woodspring last year. The facility was neat, rooms could have been cleaned better. There was a think layer of dust behind furniture and very moldy eat cushions on the chairs. Some furniture and water fixtures could be updated. Bed was clean.

Property is old and dated. It was clean and in an ok area but pool was closed i got the feeling that the owners are cost cutting. It is decent value. I would prefer not to stay there again but if nothing else is available or too expensive i would stay there but it is not my first choice

Employees were helpful and nice… it’s just that the property is old and rundown. It’s not in a very good spot so it’s kind of iffy out at night and dimly lit. No elevator. It’s not a bad part of town though.

The property was convenient and close to what we needed to be (family, Raleigh, dining options and etc). Room was okay, bed was comfortable, seemed clean besides under the pull out couch (crumb and dust galore), hairdryer in our room did not work, coffee machine in the room was not usable because it had missing an essential piece from it. Self serve breakfast (coffee, cereal and waffle making station) was a okay first couple morning, self made waffles actually were good. Last morning we had no luck getting breakfast after attempting twice, it was either out of regular coffee, then cups, then waffle batter...getting breakfast at the hotel did not seem in the cards that morning, so we drove couple minutes down the street.

Stayed here several years ago. Liked the location and price. A lot has changed. Hotel is very dated and run down. Furniture in room all banged up, paint chipping,.old dining table repurposed for room, Bathroom ceiling has tiles that were all wonky. I specifically asked for a quiet room but for the opposite. Behind hotel there is construction.amd my room.view was of overgrowth and rocks, and a bulldozer. Someone kept letting office door swing shut, which slammed loudly all night long. What is up with all the trash and old furniture stores "hoarders style" in the "meeting room"? Looks like a fire hazard to me. Then I love all the noise coming from the laundry room across from my door. Thanks dude for the quiet room. Never staying here again.
